If you are looking for a show which is fictious and revolves around crime investigation, The Forgotten will suit you. It is different from other crime investigation serials like CSI. Though the show has been around for more than a year and a half it has received a mixed response.

Some people have thoroughly enjoyed the show while some people have been left confused after watching the show. The show basically revolves around a group of civilians who help identify murder victims and getting their cases solved. Those cases that are shut in police records and are no longer being investigated by any law agency are taken by these civilians.

Led by Alex Donovan, all the members of the group are amateurs. The team of the amateur detectives is called The ForgottenNetwork and they are very dedicated and passionate towards the task that they are performing. While tracing the journey of the dead, the members of the group find themselves emotionally involved. Each member in the team is there for his or her own selfish motive.

All the leads are discussed by the team members by meeting at different places and then they move ahead with the case. The show follows the experiences and the path of the team in cracking the difficult cases that the team faces. At one sight the show seems interesting but the likeness for the show can vary from person to person.

Te narration in the Forgotten is done by the dead corpse which guided you through each episode which sometimes acts as a drawback for the show as this is not liked by the audience very often. The dialogues in the show appear to be clichd and the technical cues seem to be overdone. The story or the mystery in the show many a times is not strong enough to catch the interest of the audience.

While some people have enjoyed the show, some have truly disliked it. The Forgotten show has its negative points like lack of innovative or new dialogues. The story is not interesting enough in certain episodes and the mystery seems to be missing. The narration that is done by the dead corpse does not go well either.

It seems the director has led too much emphasis on the technicalities of the show. Nevertheless the Forgotten can be seen at least once. There are episodes or clips of the show which can be seen online.
