Should Christians marry each other during the end times?

Some say that during the end times we shouldn't be concerned with marriage and even if we are, we should act as though we're not. should Christians truly not marry during the end of times right before Jesus' return?

So no one will marry ever again, since no one really knows when the end of times will be.

And so they wait, and wait… not wanting to get married, just in case the end of times should suddenly happen.

How in the world, does anyone know, when it will happen….IF it does even happen? it could be another million years before the "end of times"…

People who believe in what others predict for the end of times, do NOT believe in God nor Jesus…For Jesus said, "only the Father knows, not even I know, of the end.."

So you are either a non believer, or if you are a believer, then believe in what Jesus said, and not in what some loony bin character says, about the end of times.

In other words…..Have Faith In our Lord.

as marrying is in line with Jesus teachings I thin k that it is heresy to claim that marriage would be invalid when he who told us to marry and be faithful may be coming back soon. its just another tool of the devil to divide and distract Christians from the true calling. obeying and serving our God.

Since we don't know when Jesus will return I think it's pointless to put our lives on hold. Most US Christians spent the 70s believing he would come back any day, imagine if none of them had gotten married?

No and they should sell their sports cars to strangers who offer them less than they are worth. What do you drive? how can I get in touch with you?

Do you believe the world will end in 2012 like predicted.

I don't think so!
I hate when people do this, telling everyone the world is going to end at this year date and time. when they don't have proof and spread this facts to the world, people will commit suicide because they don't want to die painfully or too scared or just a "easy and smart" way to die .
But, im not sure if its true or even a fact, but my smart *** math/physics teacher, says that the earth is moving too quickly or something and says that the Earth might end 2020 something (you see how much i pay attention in algebra 2 class XD), but i don't beleive in anything anymore. I only beleive what god is gonna do and deal with it when it happens but hopefully it won't happen for another billions of years soo don't worry, relax, chew gum, drink your favorite beverage, and watch the 2012 movie XXDD JK

Please dont believe in this crazy nonsense. Its a fact that the world will NOT end in 2012. 1 because NASA had admitted to this being false. ( they said there is NO SIGN of a planet crashing into us, and NOT any sign of infared sunrays toasting us) 2. because the Mayan elders are now very upset that there belief was taking the wrong way. that date was set to mean a NEW ERA. not the end of the world. this new era was spiritual and it meant HUMANS would be at peace with earth and would become more earth-loving. HUMAN KIND WILL GO ON according to an article I read where a Mayan elder stated. please remember also, in the bible it says NO ONE KNOW WHEN THE WORLD WILL END, NOT EVEN THE ANGELS KNOW, only the ONE and ONLY GOD will know, It could happen 10 minutes from now or in 500 years from now. No one will know the time or the date, but when it does happen, it will happen in the blink of an eye. please dont be fearing this, go on with your life and look forward to the future. I was in your shoes at one time, and I ended up having to have counciling with a priest and even the preist said to not believe the nonsense. NO ONE can say when the world will end. I keep reading about this 2012 thing. I know almost nothing about it. the world is supposed to end or some cataclysmic thing is supposed to happen. I could die at any moment and I try to remain vigilant in living the phrase "…Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done…"

We Hindus don't believe that the world will end in 2012 because no Hindu scripture says so about any such possibility. in fact Hindu scriptures never talk about destruction but creation. These are all imaginary events propagated by the believers of destructive religions. please stop rumors.

No I don't, I believe this will fizzle out just like the whole Y2K thing did back in 2000, I think this is just a bunch of hype that helps to sell movies and books.

It is said that earth is going to be destroyed on the above date. is it a rumor or Truth?

No. Very little of what comes from the human mind is 'real'.

That is merely one interpretation of one ancient myth, and merely one of many predictions of the end of the world.

It gives me some comfort to know that so far, not even ONE of the previous end of the world predictions has come true, so I doubt this one will!

for someone to tell you if thats true, you would have to be able to see the future, and as far as i know no one truly is psychic and can tell the future

The end of the earth has been forecast many many many times before. No one really knows when that will happen. so to answer your question NO, no one knows the day or time, except God.

It is rumor. The idea is based off several things which don't add up: the end of the Mayan calendar; an alignment of stars and planets that has actually happened before; the unending need of humankind to be the last people in existence.

They couldn't predict the end of their own civilization, so what makes you think they could accurately predict the end of the world?

Don't worry about it. Every day is a new day in Life. Look toward living and Live. whatever disappears or dies will be missed as much as you miss the clippings of your hair and nails since the day you were born. As for the loved ones we have missed, they are not gone, just obscured from view in the spirit of Life.

there is no sign of them yet in Jerusalem and we have now gone beyond the point of 2012 being the end of this age.
